Some are too friendly
For their own damn good
Swayed and influenced
Much too easily

Set to the push and pull
Of acceptance and approval
Giving the wrong signals
To the wrong people

Likened to a mongrel
Sniffing the fecal orifice
Of bitches and mutts
With no thought or care

It saddens my heart so
To see that aura of innocence
Lurking in a hopelessly shallow
And remarkably insecure being

So my confusion reigns
My disappointment follows second
Directed to this superficial
And increasingly undeserving person
